This error occurs when your .Net Application is built against 64-bit / Any CPU platform target.
Ensure that if you had installed 32-bit of IBM WebSphere MQ Client, then build the Application against 32-bit Platform target. This will resolve the issue of "the type initializer for 'IBM.WMQ.MQTrace' threw an exception.".
